Axiom specializes in the design, manufacturing, supply, erection and commissioning of high efficiency Dust Collection Plants (DCPs). Our systems cater for various industries including steelmaking meltshops (electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces), cement, wood, phosphate, Sulphur and limestone. Systems are custom designed to meet the particular performance, space and automation requirements.
What differentiates Axiom’s DCP system is the particular attention paid to solve the problems faced by plant operators. Building on Axiom’s expertise in running similar plants, all our new DCP systems provide increased filter service life, reduced energy consumption and reliability.

Performance:
Plants are sized to meet volume flow requirements and environmental controls. Systems size can rise up to as much as 1.5 million cubic meters per hour and air temperature up to 600 °C.

Efficiency:
Smart design reduces power consumption and allows for smart fan operation to size flow demand based on changing process requirements during the operation. The level of automation and sophistication will differ from one application to the next. The different plant operation settings can be manually selected by simple toggle switch, or fully automated in integrated into existing plant control system. Compared to a conventional Jet Pulse Dedusting Plant, Axiom’s DCPs can provide a total annual power saving of 20-30%.

System Reliability:
Reliability is achieved by use of high-quality components. Axiom’s DCP system also provides improved bag filter life by incorporating a low air filtration speed and protecting the filters from ignited particles and high temperature by the use of appropriate solutions.
